EHAT IS MYOFASCIIS, MYOFASCIAL PAIN SYNDROME, MYOFASCIAL DISORDER, TRIGGER POINT SYNDROME ? This involves pain in the muscles, in the fascia (clear connective tissues covering muscles), and other connective tissues. The "trigger points" when acivated by pressure or other stimulus, can cause referred pain that is felt in another body area. This video explains much of this.
